pak365 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

Important: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and pak365 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing pak365 at pak365.wine, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use pak365.

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active pak365 account. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, same mobile number, same email address, same device, or same IP address – is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, pak365 reserves the right to close all but one, void any bets placed on duplicates, and withhold any associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets on pak365. The minimum bet is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, sport, and event. Limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. pak365 reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits at its discretion.

5.3 Bet Acceptance and Voiding

pak365 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets may be voided in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed in error (e.g. incorrect odds displayed due to a technical fault).
• The relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered from its original format.
• There is evidence of price manipulation, match fixing, or fraud related to the event.
• The bet breaches these Terms or applicable betting rules.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on pak365 update in real time. Odds can change rapidly. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked at the accepted price. pak365 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that affect bet placement during live events.

5.5 Results and Settlement

All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. PCB for Pakistan cricket, ICC for international cricket). For virtual sports and casino games, the certified RNG result is the final result. In the event of any dispute about settlement, pak365's decision is final.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be bet before a withdrawal is permitted. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

pak365 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include (but are not limited to):

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers.
• Placing bets designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements ("bonus washing").

If bonus abuse is detected, pak365 may cancel the bonus, void associated bets, and close the account without returning any deposited funds that were obtained through abuse.

6.4 Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the bonus validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak365 and may result in immediate account closure, voiding of all bets, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using pak365 for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including money laundering.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any bet, event, or game.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or AI tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person using your own account.
• Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geo-restrictions or identity verification.
• Making abusive, threatening, or harassing communications to pak365 staff.

8. Privacy and Data

pak365 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using pak365, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified amount of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for an extended period close your pak365 account.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by pak365

pak365 may suspend your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• We have reason to believe you have breached these Terms.
• We are required to do so for compliance, legal, or regulatory reasons.
• We detect suspicious activity that requires investigation.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.

10.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your pak365 account at any time by contacting support at support@pak365.wine. Before closing, any active wagering requirements must be resolved and any pending withdrawal requests completed. Upon closure, your real-money balance (net of any bonus balance not yet wagered) will be returned to your registered payment method.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for 12 consecutive months. pak365 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 on inactive accounts with a balance, deducted from the account balance. You will be notified before inactivity fees are applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

11. Limitation of Liability

pak365 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest heavily in uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. pak365 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or opportunity arising from inability to access pak365.
• Losses resulting from events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.
• Technical errors in odds display that were corrected before the bet was settled.
• Actions taken by payment providers that delay or prevent transactions.

pak365's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pak365's own negligence.

12. Changes to These Terms

pak365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights, pak365 will also notify players via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of pak365 after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a revision, you must close your account before the revision takes effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pak365's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
